About BioTune Your Health in Sarasota, FL

Locally Owned Health Coaching and Biotherapeutic Services in Sarasota

BioTune Your Health LLC is a locally owned health coaching and biotherapeutic services provider based in Sarasota, Florida. Owner and operator Ryan has built this practice around a proactive approach to metabolic health, longevity, and performance optimization—focused on helping you build resilience rather than managing illness after it appears.

The name BioTune reflects what you'll experience here: precision adjustments to your metabolic function, recovery capacity, and overall performance. You won't find generic wellness advice or one-size-fits-all protocols. Instead, you'll work with science-backed modalities tailored to support measurable improvements in how your body functions.

This practice serves a specific type of client—someone who researches their health decisions, asks informed questions, and takes ownership of their outcomes. If you approach health as an investment rather than a last resort, you'll find BioTune Your Health aligns with how you think.

Services include one-on-one health coaching, vibroacoustic sound therapy, and red light therapy. Each modality addresses different aspects of metabolic function and recovery. Health coaching provides the framework for understanding what drives your energy, body composition, and performance. Vibroacoustic sound therapy uses specific frequencies to influence nervous system regulation and tissue recovery. Red light therapy targets cellular energy production and inflammation pathways at the mitochondrial level.

A Practice Built Around Performance, Not Symptom Management

BioTune Your Health operates from a studio located at 6537 Superior Avenue in Sarasota. The space is currently being finalized as the business launches, with operational hours being confirmed to accommodate client scheduling needs. The studio environment reflects the practice philosophy—clean, intentional, and focused on function rather than clinical sterility.

Sarasota's climate and active lifestyle culture make it a natural fit for clients interested in performance optimization. The year-round outdoor activity opportunities here mean many residents prioritize recovery, mobility, and sustained energy output—all areas where targeted biotherapeutic modalities can make measurable differences.

Ryan designed this practice for clients who want to understand the mechanisms behind their health strategies. You won't receive vague recommendations about balance or harmony. Instead, expect clear explanations of how specific interventions affect metabolic pathways, recovery time, and performance markers. The goal is to equip you with both the interventions and the understanding that allows you to make informed adjustments over time.

What You'll Experience Working With BioTune Your Health

When you work with BioTune Your Health, you're engaging directly with Ryan, who operates the practice and delivers all services. This structure ensures continuity—you won't navigate multiple practitioners or varying approaches. Communication is straightforward, and recommendations are based on your specific context rather than generalized wellness trends.

The practice draws from multiple modalities not to offer everything, but to address the interconnected systems that drive metabolic health and performance. Health coaching establishes your baseline and goals. Vibroacoustic sound therapy and red light therapy provide targeted interventions that support nervous system regulation, tissue repair, and cellular energy production. Together, these services form a cohesive approach to building physiological resilience.

Ryan A. Weisenbacher, M.S.Ed., AADP

Ryan A. Weisenbacher, M.S.Ed., AADP, is a Holistic Health Practitioner, exercise physiologist, and wellness educator with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals restore their health through a comprehensive, whole-person approach. He holds a Master of Science in Education in Exercise Physiology/Fitness and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Akron, along with certification as a Health Counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

Throughout his career, Ryan has worked in clinical wellness, functional health, corporate wellness, and personal training. As Head Nutritional Case Manager and Clinical Evaluator, he has conducted thousands of comprehensive health evaluations, developed individualized wellness strategies, mentored clinical staff, and guided clients through personalized nutrition and lifestyle programs designed to address the root causes of chronic health concerns.

Ryan's philosophy is that the body functions like a symphony orchestra—when one instrument is out of tune, the performance suffers. When multiple areas such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, relationships, and emotional well-being are out of balance, health declines. His mission is to help people "re-tune" those areas so the body can function as it was designed, allowing clients to regain energy, reduce inflammation, restore balance, and get back to dancing to the symphony of life.

Ryan combines scientific knowledge with compassionate coaching, empowering individuals to take ownership of their health through education, accountability, and sustainable lifestyle changes. His passion is helping people not just live longer, but live healthier, fuller, and more vibrant lives.

Kirstin’s Bio

At just 18 years old, Kirstin's life changed overnight. She found herself in excruciating pain, unable to walk, and searching for answers. After three years, more than 15 medical providers, countless tests, surgery, experimental treatments, and prescription medications, she was finally diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease.

That journey became the foundation of her purpose. It reinforced her belief that true wealth is health and inspired her conviction that lasting healing comes from addressing the root cause—not simply managing symptoms. Through her own recovery, she discovered the body's remarkable ability to heal when supported with the right movement, nutrition, education, and lifestyle strategies.

Today, her mission is to help others restore their health, reduce inflammation and toxins, improve functional movement, and reclaim the active, vibrant lives they deserve without relying on a healthcare system that often prioritizes symptom management over true healing.

Kirstin is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her background includes sports nutrition, naturopathic nutrition, orthopedic rehabilitation, and functional wellness. Before founding BioTune Your Health, she spent several years working in sports nutrition and personal training, followed by four years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy. Throughout her career, she has also helped individuals reduce inflammation and environmental toxic load through natural health and wellness strategies.

She is passionate about helping people move better, build strength, restore mobility, and return to the activities they love without being limited by pain and inflammation. Her goal is to empower every client with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to achieve lasting health through education, movement, and lifestyle change—not just temporary relief.

Outside of her professional work, Kirstin enjoys strength training, playing competitive pickleball, practicing self-defense, hot yoga, and exploring the outdoors. These pursuits continually reinforce her belief that true health is built by cultivating strength, resilience, and balance in every aspect of life.
